Born on September 1st, 2006, at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, Max was the cherished son of Jay and Jacqui Womack. From an early age, he was known for his energetic personality, kind heart, and strong curiosity about how things worked, especially vehicles and machines.
Max was a proud graduate of Berkshire High School, Class of 2025, where he was recognized as a hardworking and goal-driven student. Following graduation, he pursued his passion for automotive repair by enrolling at Ohio Technical College, where he was training to become a master mechanic. His commitment to learning and excellence made a lasting impression on instructors and peers alike.
At the time of his passing, Max was employed as a mechanic at Preston Chevrolet in Burton, Ohio. He quickly earned respect for his strong work ethic, technical skill, and willingness to help others. His colleagues remember him as dependable, motivated, and deeply passionate about automotive repair.
Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Max Joseph Womack loved motorcycles, dirt biking, and working on engines. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially around bonfires where his humor, laughter, and easygoing personality brought people together. Funeral Service and Visitation
A visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 26th, 2026, at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio. A Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 27th, 2026, at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor, Ohio. Burial will follow privately at a later date.
