The crash occurred around 5:51 a.m. at the intersection of Havens Corners Road and North Waggoner Road. According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, a black Acura TLX was traveling eastbound on Havens Corners Road, while a black Honda Pilot was heading north on North Waggoner Road.
